Magnetic Float Level Indicator

The "Magnet Float Level Indicator" is composed of the float and sensing rod. As the float raised or lowered by liquid level, the sensing rod will have a resistance output, which is directly proportional to the liquid level. Also, the float level indicator can be equipped with the SENSE UQZ Transmitter to produce a 0/4~20mA signal. In addition, we can use with XS series Bargraph panel meter for level control and display. Specifications:

Plastic Material includes PP & PVDF, can be applied in corrosive environment. Metal material can be applied in high temperature 120°C and high pressure 30kg/cm2.

Metal float includes various types: Dia.45, Dia.52, Dia.75, Dia.125, Dia.150, Dia.200. Plastic Float type: Dia.48, Dia.55; Specific Gravity: 0.3 ~ 0.8

By-Pass Level Indicator

The By-Pass Level Indicator is installed outside of a vessel or tank. The liquid level in the tank can be easily obtained by reading the flag color. The magnetic switches and level transducer are option for electrical signal output and level transmitting for remote control.

Specifications:

Metal material-Titanium, Hastelloy, SUS304 / 316, temperature Max. 400°C. Pressure rating 25 Bar, 50 Bar, 100 Bar, S.G. 0.85~0.45 are available.

Resolution: ±1cm, each interval of 10cm has a green flag to assist your reading.

Transducer use IC module, Max. operating temperature up to: 120°C; Resolution: ±6.35mm; 4 ~ 20mA or three-wire resistance output.

4 types of alarm switches, contact rating 30W/200 VDC, hold and normal type. Enclosure protection: IP-65 and explosion-proof (EEx d IIC T6), working temperature:120°C ~ 200°C.

Principle

By by-passing a liquid to the outside chamber, taking advantage of a float inside the chamber with a magnet inserted as well as in the color flags, one can reveal the level of the liquid in a tank as the flags turn and change color by magnetic attraction to the float.

Applications

Applicable in environments with high temp., high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali and hazardous locations. The structure is simple but durable and reliable. It is also with various optional devices for upgrade in use.

A Level Transducer or Magnetic Switches can be installed and adjusted with no need to stop any process.

It is not operated by electricity and with not be affected by power failure.

The flag display is scaled by a piece of color, division every 10cm, one can easily read the levels height.
